GENERAL INFO

     All of the designs and products you see here are all original creations made by myself, Charlotte Penabel. I am the owner, creator, designer and administrator of Penabellishment. My jewelry is made from my home studio in Ontario, Canada.

 

     My jewelry is slow-batch. This means that it’s the opposite of fast-fashion and refers to the speed of the manufacturing and distribution process. I am not a massive factory, I am one person.

     The quantities available are limited depending on how they sell and how many I produce. In some circumstances, I may only produce 10 of a certain design and once they are all sold, I may decide not to continue them. So in other words, if you see something and it speaks to you - buy it! You don't want to miss out! I am also working on creating one-of-a-kind pieces that will be even more rare.

     All the jewelry is handmade by me. They are as well constructed and secure as possible, but do treat them as handmade items and be as delicate as you can with them to avoid breaking or damaging.

SHIPPING INFO

     CANADA & USA: Order as little or as many items as you like and it is free shipping! Shipping to Canada & USA includes tracking and will take 1-2 days to process and 9-12 business days to arrive.

     INTERNATIONAL: Order as little or as many as you like and it is $22 for international shipping. Shipping internationally includes tracking and will take 1-2 days to process and up to 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.

REFUND POLICY

 

     As I am only currently selling earrings at this time, these items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Even if they are in the original packaging, I cannot ensure they have not been worn or used. This is for the health and safety of all my customers!
